I’m very disappointed. Shocked of service , came to deal with the problem of phone. He took his phone and called his sister to talk, we had to wait until his finished his business.
Never call on days he said he will. Everyday had to come back to ask about phone. Is it fixed or not. Change screen and camera, camera get problems after a week they change it. Couldn’t help or fix the issue what it was a surprise as they fix phones. Looked like he doesn’t even know how to fix phones. Arrogant talking. Never be back. Years ago was a good service but not anymore….

Cowboys, replaced an iPhone screen for me but also replaced the fingerprint. For anyone that doesn’t know the original fingerprint is paired with the motherboard so any replacement will not work in the phone. He shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t know that.

I went back into complain and he stated “Fingerprint was not his job”. I told him where to go and left the shop.

Just to reiterate, they replaced my screen and broke my fingerprint biometric reader by replacing it when it was not required. Then tried to deny it, go elsewhere.

Don’t buy any phones from this shop as they buy stolen phones and move them onto another one of there shops to be sold on and then when u turn up with crime number from police and the imei number plus the phone box they try and say u need to give them the money they paid for the stolen phone if u want it bk and then they lie to police and say they can’t remember who they sold it to and they don’t take any name of the people they sell to
