I bought a s20 plus 2 weeks ago off mobile tech 180 quid they had to replace battery as it was no good even with new battery still bo good took it back few times met with same attitude even when I told them about the screen burn wasn’t offered any alternatives apart from swoppi g the phone n paying more just wanted a refund no chance don’t go no where near this shop unless u want to be conned the 3 month warranty not worth the paper it’s printed on if there was an option to give it minus stars I’d give it minus ten
