We went in to phone and vape shop after visiting another phone shop nearby, where our experience was very unsatisfactory. The assistant was detached, quite abrupt and pushy and, frankly, put us off ever shopping there at all. Not good for attracting custom!!! Very poor, in fact.
I had tried one other beforehand and almost bought the phone there, but wanted to enquire in a couple more, first.
When we went into Phone and Vape shop, the difference from ‘shop two’ was extreme!!.
Dishang was courteous, polite, smiling and extremely helpful, and he was genuinely interested in our query. We left, intending to check out other places, but returned very shortly afterwards because of the service he offered. We bought a new mobile phone there soon after discussing it.
His boss, Akash, was there this time and we discovered he too was lovely with the same professional and courteous attitude. What a refreshing find!! We will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases, even though we do not live in that town. It was a pleasure to deal with them and to discover the great service in the first place, through Dishang’s very natural, pleasant and helpful approach. He was the same with all customers who came in to the shop.
