I have used this shop twice. But never again.
1st visit was for a replacement screen protector. It was PS10 including fitment and after a few attempts and a comment of ‘that’s the best I can get it, just spend some time pushing the bubbles to the edge’ I was left with a bay fitted screen protector.
I could have done that myself!!
2nd visit was for a replacement battery. This was even worse, left with a phone that would not charge and seemed to have some functionality peculiarities.
Was told ‘I need to order more batteries’ come back in 2 days’
2 days later – no battery – what a surprise.
He took my number but from his attitude I assume he couldn’t care less.
Later that day decided to ask for a refund.
I’d paid cash, which seemed to upset him, especially as I didn’t have a receipt or work card., neither of which was offered when I went in the shop.
The guy just sits behind his desk, unresponsive and unhelpful to the point of rudeness.
This can be seen in the responses to negative reviews on Google, they are not accepted as criticism to improve upon, but in most cases are responded to with unacceptably rude comments back to the dissatisfied customer.
Unprofessional – avoid at all costs.

The owner has now responsed claiming I am a fake review, and all my reviews are 1 star.
Check them out and you will see they are not. I also still have the unrepaired phone with the elastic bands around it that he handed back to me.
Accusing people of being fake rather than accepting critism – more examples of the unprofessionalism of this establishment.

Absolutely disgusting service!
The screen on my iPhone 8 needed repairing initially due to being smashed, and I took it to “mobile world” in the hope they would repair the screen.
I paid PS90 for their services, and the screen worked fine for the first hour, however, the touch screen then stopped working, forcing me to take the phone to an apple store to be fixed, as i didn’t have the time to keep on arguing with the staff member at “mobile world” about the refund that I should have rightfully received!
I didn’t get any refund for their attempt at “fixing” my device, which has left me out of pocket.
I will be taking this matter to the trading standards, as I personally think it is disgusting that they think they can get away with this.
I really wouldn’t recommend this place!

When I went in with a phone screen of which was shattered and needed glass. I came in with a request of a IPhone 6 screen replacement and he was kind and gave me the price.

It took him half an hour and it was super great service. I would highly reccomend this store for any repairs and also new phones or even any product he offers.

Best store in Daventry tech related.
