Having dropped my phone in water I sought their help. Their advice was that It was very unlikely the phone could be saved as I had plugged it into the charger and that I shouldnt waste my money. I was impressed that they didn’t just take my money and not be able to fix it. I was intending to buy another used phone anyway and they gave me some good advice although they didn’t have he appropriate phone for me at the time. Very helpful chaps.

There was an issue with the GPS on the phone I bought and he sourced a replacement straight away – going above and beyond in making sure I was really happy with the new replacement phone.

Thought I had to buy a new screen atPS139.99 but when I took phone in it was just a protector at PS9.99 honest and cleaned my screen very helpful. Also did not rip me off. Will always go again as completely trustworthy. Helpful and professional
