Replacement Samsung battery Oct 23. Phone was turning off and discharging quickly. Discovered it is swollen and dangerous this week. Replacement battery obviously faulty. Called the shop expecting a replacement or refund. They refused. I asked if they would swop back to my original battery which I have. They want to charge me PS15. Ridiculous. Have filed complaint with Trading Standards and Belfast City Council environmental team as it is a safety hazard.
Bought a pair of headphones from here for PS10 and they broke the next day. Asked for a refund and he remembered me and all he said to me was “I told you to get the more expensive ones.” And then said we don’t do returns or refunds which is just ridiculous seeing as the items I purchased lasted ONE DAY. If they were cheaper I wouldn’t care but a tenner for earphones to break the next day is a joke
Left an iPhone in for a rear glass repair. They burned the front screen and actually managed to damage lots of pixels all over the screen.
Contacted them and they avoided me and wouldn’t accept blame.
Left it to someone else to replace front screen and they confirmed what Mobilezone had done wrong.
Avoid. Mistakes happen. But don’t dodge the problem
