charged 100 pounds to fix a hp laptop screen. i dropped it off and they said they would call when they have fixed it (they said 4-5 days but it took a week) and i desperately needed it for college as it was starting again. not only did i ring several times but they kept telling me to ring at this time and that time but they would not pick up. when they did pick up, they said it was fixed and that it was being tested. when my dad picked it up and brought it home, i was appalled to see that when the laptop was closed, there is a massive crack in the corner that looked like they melted it with a blowtorch. also there is a crack in the middle of the screen. when i opened it too much, i told my dad and he said they put an old and broken and used laptop’s screen on it so it isnt brand new and he said that they would have ordered a cheap screen from china which is ridiculous especially since i was paying 100 pounds for it but they put this old and used screen on it instead. it would be really dark and when i closed it a little bit, it would be too light. it was obviously not working propperly since it isnt a brand new hp screen so i went myself and told him the issues (has 2 weeks of warrantee) and he couldnt even speak english. luckily my dad translated for me and he actually said it was completly fine and it was in perfect condition and when i pointed out the obvious issues, he said it still works. this laptop was PS800 and i have had it for 5 years now so it had a lot of important files and documents in it. now i need to buy a new laptop as this angers me to look at. next time i will go to hp and you should to as at least they might charge more but they will actually fix it. please avoid this place at all costs. a big rip off and they dont care about you or your products. this happened a month ago and it still hasent fixed so it seems to be a permanent issue. i hope they go out of business.

These thief dishonest fraudsters do not never go to them on daubhill shocking they fitted a new screen on my oppo phone and charged PS50 after 2 months the screen went faulty i took it back he said have to order another screen

1) do not trust as they use the cheapest touch screens like PS14.99 on amazon

2) i have to pat again but gone to a better reliable person who uses good quality screens

I take so much care ive never broken a screen on any phone ive always used precautionary accesories like phone case and screen protectors

They wouldnt honour rhe repair warranty

I would say to any consumer in Bolton be on the look out for their nasty practices in repairs using inferior parts and damaging your phone
