We went in with my son’s unresponsive Samsung A52. The gentleman was very honest about a factory reset and the potential for a new screen. Was there for 5/10 minutes and the factory reset was complete and phone working. He knew exactly what to do, was so quick and explained and it all to us. So happy & will go back if any issues arise in the future with any phone in the household. Thank you again
