I have had numerous phones and tablets repaired here in the past and directed many customers to this shop so was surprised with the owners behaviour over PS30 refund requested for a faulty phone screen. Owner acknowledged screen was faulty and asked me to hold on to phone 3 weeks ago. Called today and no screen as yet and now told as the screen is cracked I’d have to pay for a replacement of an already faulty screen. Do not understand how some people are content with ripping people off. Be cautious when using services and i definitely recommended requesting a receipt.

I would recommend this shop mobile expert to anyone who got my black view mobile phone’s loosened USB port fixed within two hours not like the irepair shop on 3 Commercial Street Leeds who had my phone for about 3 weeks and made all the excuses and never had it fixed but for mobile expert did a great job and I am very grateful for the service.

I had my i-pad water damaged, and several repair shops did not make it. But this shop made it with incredible service.
