I was shopping around for prices and Came here to get My Ipad screen replaced and the guys working were super rude to me and treated me like i knew nothing, they gave me a quote for the repair and it was 500$, but the worker said he would give me a 25% discount of 50 dollars off( that doesn’t add up) if i do it now so i ask when it will be done and they say a week so i thought id continue on and see other prices to get the most bang for my buck, then as i say thank you and head out the worker said “Where are you going you need to pay!!” i said sorry just checking around thanks for you time, he then says ill give you a 30% discount of 80$, well i said sorry im shopping around at all the places nearby he blows me off in the rudest way and tells me that i wasted and ruined his day… how does this place stay open with customer support like this?

So slow and super unprofessional. They should try hiring a worker who can ask keep there word called multiple times and they said they would give me a call back yet they didn’t and I had to keep calling back. They should get a worker who can actually speak proper English. My friend also got there screen fixed and it’s been a year and they still haven’t fixed it even though paying it.

Been coming to this store for over 1 year for my phone needs. They have wide variety of phone cases and service is excellent. They are very helpful and store staff are wonderful. Would recommend to my friends and family. They are located right beside old navy in Lambton Mall.
