I went to apple to see if they could repair the screen that was broken and they said they could take my 5year old ipad pro and replace it for a refurbished one for the cost of basically a new ipad, and that was the only thing they could do pfh.

So I went to see MobileQ, right away they took a look at it and told me the cost if they where able to fix it would be a third of the cost the apple store offered. It took a week to get it fixed, payed and went home. Some complications arise related to the new screen (not the fault of MobileQ but the manufacturer they got the part from, it was an honest fault that can happen to anyone in this world of spare parts).

So I went back and asked for guidance and what options was available to me. I felt the guy helping me was very factual and honest about the situations for both of us in this situation especially if we would have to get another screen and the risks if lets say the issue was not the new screen but instead something else in the ipad from before I visited the store.

I felt they really wanted to help me, he came up with a plan that was a bit bittersweet but understandable, but to later call with some alterations to that plan which had a chance to give me the best outcome.

10 days later my ipad returned, I payed only a small fee for his service which he totally deserved. It is like new and I am happier than ever.

From this experience MobileQ have earned my trust, with their honesty and doing what they can to fix an issue that would give me the best outcome, if a hardware of mine breaks in the future this is the store I will return to.

A few days ago I went to repair my cell phone, I am just learning English and the man who attended me made me feel humiliated, because I took out my cell phone to use my translator and tell him some details and he did not let me finish. He put on the table the price and his angry face, I wanted in a good way that he attend me, he must be aware that at that time he did not have people or a tight schedule, so he deserved to be heard a little, but his attitude was deplorable. I leave this here so as not to recommend this place anymore and anyone who asks me about this I will give them my bad opinions.

Called for price on a screen for my phone he gives me a fair price then next day I call to come in and the prices have tripped. I asked why the price changed and he went full racist out of nowhere. The dude legit thinks he can trash talk anyone for no reason at all. What do you mean why didn’t bring it in the day before and why did you just explode with racist anger out of nowhere. This was like watching one of those videos on the telephone scammers getting mad. The dude has big problems with life in general.
