Terrible experience. Brought my S23 Ultra in a few months ago when the screen was cracked. Mohammed replaced it for around $400, which is the going rate. That’s fine.

When I got the phone back I noticed my front camera was blurry. It was working perfectly fine beforehand. I wondered if it was possible if they melted it while fixing the screen or maybe a fingerprint. They looked at it again and said that they couldn’t figure it out so they will “contact Samsung to get a new camera”. A few hours later, they placed it but I had the exact same issue – nothing was changed. At no point did they provide me with proof that what they ordered was a Samsung part – even with the new screen. They basically said they couldn’t do anything else. They tried to wipe off the camera under the screen a bit but it didn’t help and I was without it for months.

Don’t waste your time here – go to the store across called Mobile Klink which is an authorized repair shop by all the big brands and phone companies.

My experience here was great! I definitely recommend it. Mohammed helped me out setting up my phone with a new battery and screen. The phone looks like new. I also put my keys in my pocket after I got it and scratched my screen protector/ he gave me another one. Good guy! Go here, prices are better than anywhere else I looked and service is exceptional.

The employee Salman is an outstanding technician. My phone was a complete write-off and I was so stressed about losing all my data but he managed to save my phone and transfer the data to a new phone. He was so patient and understanding with the situation. I can’t recommend him enough. Definitely would recommend.
