I needed a replacement back cover for my smartphone. They price they quote on their website (for the exact model in question) is EUR59. The back cover needed to be ordered and they promised it would be there the following Monday. Well, it wasn’t -waste of my time, energy and transport expense. When the part eventually arrived, the price they charged me for it was… EUR79. Actual price full EUR20 higher than the advertised price -the classic trick. And that has to be cash, because they take no credit cards or debit cards, except “EC” brand. I wish I knew why mobile phone dealers everywhere look and act so dodgy. Be it as it may, these guys are no exception. Their website may appear slightly more helpful than the average, but they just go with the flow.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICES THERE. Klark Sami took my iPad for a review, I told him it had liquid inside. He said it could be repair, that it had a short cut and the turn on/off button needed to be replaced, that it will work perfectly after that, the cost was over 500 euros; so I said no and I paid 89 for the check up (I never received a bill). Days later, we opened it and we found out he destroyed the displayed so no one could repair it. We went to the store and he blamed it on an employee who he said was on holidays. We told him this a crime and he said you had no proves and kicked us out of the store. So unless you pay any fee he charges he will make sure to destroy your device for you to pay more in want to repair it or make impossible.

Had camera lense replaced as it was broken. They charged 70 euros, shortly after the camera had black spots on the front second camera, went there again and they said it was glue and dirt so they cleaned it, it was ok again. Few days after, same black spots again, returned to the shop and they claimed it was because my camera is broken and they can replace it for 150 euros. Even though they said there is a warranty of 6 months on the lense they refuse to clean it properly and taking responsibility for the broken camera vision which clearly has done dirt inside ( camera was functioning fine before I had them replace the lense) !
