Fantastic service would recommend. I dropped my iPad and smashed the screen. I rang A few places but mobilia was the one that made me feel that My tech would be in safe hands. Matt was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. He did exactly what he promised in the time he quoted and the price was agreed beforehand. Will definitely be recommending him to other people.
Went in for a camera issue with my Samsung. Really helpful chap talked through what might be the issue, really attentive and listened to what I was saying to diagnose the issue. Managed to fix the problem within a few hours, keeping me informed throughout. Felt very valued and looked after as a customer. Recommend and will not go anywhere else with future phone issues!
Amazing service from the word go, emailed an enquiry about fixing a hdmi port on a PS5, they got back to my quickly, explained the process and price and told me when it would be best to bring it in. All fixed in a couple of hours.(dropped it off at 9.30 and was ready just after lunch) Incredible service, they really are the best at what they do. Thanks again.
