Brought in my phone to get the screen fixed and they clearly didn’t know what they were doing. Told me it would take 4 hours but then when I went back for it, they said they didn’t realize they need to solder things? When I did get it back, the job looked ok but the NFC and Wireless charging didn’t work anymore. There was even a gap on the back because they didn’t even glue that back on right. Went to a different store (Mobile Klinik at Hillside Mall) where they were blown away at the bad job that was done. Wrong glue, screws were missing, the NFC and Wireless components were tucked away and not in the right places. It took them about 30 minutes and all of a sudden everything was working great.

I’ll never make this mistake again. Mobile Klinik said that I could have gotten real authorized parts (plus a warranty) for the same price as third party parts these guys use. But it was the fact that these guys don’t know how to fix phones that shocked me. If you just need a screen protector or a case, I’m sure these guys are fine. But don’t get your phone fixed here.

I’m really upset about the poor job done to my device. I took my iPhone 14 Pro Max to have the back glass replaced because it got cracked. They fixed the glass but damaged a part of one of my cameras. They promised to fix it three days after this happened, but they didn’t. It took them nearly three weeks, and in the end, they didn’t take responsibility. Their only solution was to give me $50, knowing that repairing what they did would cost me even more than what I had already paid. It’s not fair for them to do these kinds of things without caring. DON’T TAKE YOUR DEVICES TO THESE PEOPLE. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM AND ZERO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY.

No confusion, I took my phone to the Mobilinq store right next to Best Buy Mobile at Mayfair Mall. I went several times seeking a solution, but they only did what I mentioned before

I paid $189 to have my iPad screen replaced. They stated that they have the screen replacement but not the home button. And that the home button will most likely break.

I pick my iPad up, only to realize the Touch ID function is no longer working. I try to reset the Touch ID and stated it failed.

Called the store and explained this to them.
They said come into store they will show me my old home button.

Prior to paying and picking up my iPad they never once mentioned that my Touch ID will no longer work.
I think more explanation regarding this would have changed my mind as the touch ID was set up for easy log in for my daughter.
If i was made aware of this prior to dropping off and paying, i wouldnt have brought it there.
