Extremely disappointing experience with the Capilano Mall store. They have installed the wrong parts on my S10x phone for screen replacement with a very poor quality without disclosing what I will get. I showed the phone to other stores and they told me the same that the wrong parts have been used.

When I complained, the owner did not care. Instead, he told me to pay a higher price to fix it. This is how they appear to double charge people and make money twice. If you read other reviews, you’ll see the same experience and unethical business practice mentioned by other customers.

They damaging the Moblinq chain reputation, and Moblinq must investigate their practice.

Just read other people’s reviews and experience before doing any business with this store. I did not do that, and I regret it.
When I told them I would write my experience on Google review, the owner threatened me that he would retaliate and find my business and write negative reviews (even without doing any business). This is the type of owner and personality you will deal with if you do business with this store.

Sorry dude. I asked one concerned question, does the screen touch feel the same once replaced as I’ve had an experience in the past where the typing loses sensitivity. Because if it does I’m not going to repair it, I’ll just get a new phone. He says it’s the exact same as the factory screen. It’s not, not even close. Then he says I can tell you I’m a technician it’s the same. Well I can tell you it doesn’t feel the same, the response is slower and not accurate. Just be honest dude, I’d leave a 5 star review for honesty. It’s not the same as the factory screen.

Stopped by to see if they had a screen protector for my phone at the Capilano Mall store. It took less than 5 minutes from start to finish to find one, and install it. Very helpful as I expected to have to install it myself. Thanks for the good service.
