They sold me counterfeit AirPods which looked completely real but the noise canceling did not work. When I showed them, the clerk lied and told me for him it worked. He opened another box and we tried a new pair, and they also did not work. They didn’t want to give me a refund but in the end after I spent hours not leaving they allowed me to return them. I would never go here again.
Fantastic service. The first three places I went to didn’t even want to fix my cracked phone screen because it’s not a very common model. Here everything was sorted out no problem.
Don’t bother coming here for Lebara. They will first tell you they don’t do it, then say they can, but only for extra charges.
