The employee was unclear on the level of repair that was being done on my phone. Please know that these are not experts, and will replace screens with cheaper LCD screens, hence the ‘savings’. Some people might be fine with the lower quality screens, however I use my phone for video, so I noticed the difference right away.
I’m mostly upset because there was zero clarity and I’m now left with a subpar screen, in a worse position because they ‘threw out’ my original screen. .. I have to spend over $300 now to replace it back to its original quality (elsewhere).

Top notch customer service at Mobilyf Kingsgate Mall. I bought a very reasonably priced iPhone 11 (great cosmetic condition, best price I could find!). I ran into an issue with the phone the next day and it was addressed promptly and of charge. They even gave me an iPhone to use while the repairs were being done! Great experience and thank you for your help!
