Sharaz was friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. I had a S8+ cracked front glass, broken led and shattered rear glass. I got it fixed after leaving it for a day and it was cheap as well. I proceeded to enquire about my S10+ rear camera glass and had that fixed after he brought the glass in and it took 1 hour. I had been quoted PS190 by Samsung Oxford Street. They wanted to change the camera too although it was fine. Then by policy they have to wipe the phone so this was definitely a better option. I also tried to repair my son’s S7 edge but Sharaz let me know this was not worth it which I appreciated. That one will be replaced. I would definitely recommend you to make this your first stop if you are in need of repairs etc.

Had my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced here for what I thought was a competitive price. Thought they had done a good job until I had some very strange issues with audio on playback of my videos that had not been there previously. It turns out the front camera was damaged during replacement, which I have had to go and pay elsewhere to get fixed. The replacement screen doesn’t allow for all iOS features such as reducing blue light to avoid headaches (this is because it’s a cheap screen) and they also didn’t replace the seal once the screen had been replaced, meaning the phone was more susceptible to water damage. The reason the prices are “competitive” is because the products aren’t good quality. All in all, I would not recommend.

Fantastic service, I was struggling to find someone locally to replace the charging port on my Samsung A5 (2017) due to the complexity of the soldering skills / equipment needed to complete the job. Got fobbed of numerous times by another local company who didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back even though I was promised 3 times!!! 🙁 I dropped the phone off (with new part I bought online) on Thursday @ 17:45 and the phone was all fixed and ready for collection the following day @ 10:30. 🙂 (fully charged too!!!)
I very rarely leave feedback online but I thought I would this time due to the great service I received and I would highly recommend to anyone.
