I chose Alejo based on the number of positive reviews. He didn’t disappoint. My daughter’s new laptop was short on RAM and impacting her postsecondary studies – a program was running awfully slow. He cleared his schedule on short notice, confirmed I had ordered the correct replacement RAM, and installed the new RAM and performed diagnostics on a Friday evening so that my daughter could have a working computer Saturday morning. He completed tweaking her computer remotely on the Saturday morning after performing research on a frustrating software program and followed up Sunday to ensure everything was stable and running as expected. Was able to remove a pesky RM that was preventing me from using my Mac when I updated the operating system to Sonoma. Alejo was able to problem solve and find a solution that allowed me to keep all of my data, have the most up to date operating system, and no longer deal with an RM pop up.
