I took my sons Ipad in for a battery replacement and was told that being as it was the lead up to Christmas that it would be about a week, which was no problem. I received a phone call a week later informing me of a further problem, this being something technical which i cant remember, as I know that the Ipad is very old and so am I. I’ve picked it up today and it works great. With all the cafuffle that went on I was regularly informed and never kept in the dark. Great customer service and I will be taking any further tech issues that I have straight there. Thanks again for the great service.
Used multiple different phone repair shops over the years but now just use this guy. He’s repaired my phone a few times when I’ve broken it. Work is always high quality at good price. And the first thing i do when I get a new phone is go to here to get a glass screen fitted and case.
Visited Monkey mobile spoke with Matt,my Samsung phone needed a new screen.I left my phone on Friday afternoon and received it back the following Tuesday.This was a speedy repair, excellent service I will definitely return if I need any further repairs.
