IT is every businesses nightmare, however Moortek were recommended to me by a friend. Jim was great, they repaired and sorted out issues with my laptops and then when I had to upgrade my computer and transfer all of my data across they did all of this too. Nothing is too much trouble and Jim has the patience of a saint. Thank you, for your excellent customer service and for solving my IT issues, I have no doubt I will be back. Incredibly efficient service received from Moortek. Made an enquiry on a Friday afternoon and was contacted in less than an hour; with Richard also contacting me out of hours so as to discuss installation. Installation happened on the following Monday with Moortek understanding our requirements and were able to improve our rural broadband signal by at least 10X speed. All within less than 12 working hours. Very pleased with the results and service and would recommend to anyone living rurally who struggle to get phone and mobile broadband signal
