They mentioned on site will be deliver within 2 business days. I thought, they shipped but they didn’t, I have been waiting for shipment many days, status was showing as shipped but date of delivery been changing everyday on sites, moving forward to forward dates. Actually been waited more than weeks, still delivering date been changed.
Once i have cancelled this products, next day i have checked same products, they changed price of same product as $473.66. i would say, very poor service providing by MPC Computer.
Stay away from buying PC from this vendor. Shipping was fast and i was happy with the purchase.
But, in 10 months, the computer started giving trouble which is ok. It happens.
But their response to the issue was very dissapointing. Multiple messages and mail and no response.
I got hold of their number and called them. All support options on their calling line is disabled. Only sales line is enabled.
I called the sales line and they picked up thinking they are getting a new prospect customer.
When asked about the fix, they promised to call back but never got back.
Stay away from and buy from a reputed place who understand customer experience.
