“Dear Mark Ellis, we have had a look at your device and found what the issue is.
the hinges are fully broken and the cost of fixing them will be PS300 also you should accept the risk to crack the screen.
We noticed that the cooling system is full of dust would you like us to clean it out which will give the laptop a little more life as it will keep the motherboard cooler and avoid graphics card and CPU overheating?

I can do this for PS100 at a discount.
would you like to proceed with the repair?

The price of the screen is PS220 we will not charge for any labor however the % of breaking the screen is low however damages can still occur due to the fact the screen should not be taken off and they have made it in such a way to prevent anyone doing so however we have vast amount of year’s of experience hence why we are top 3 computer repair shops in London.”

*All I asked was to glue the hinges, should be at most PS50.*

Asked for laptop to be repaired. Held it for a week. Unscrewed it. Charged me for the look of it and unscrewing and told me I needed a whole load of other things. Which being an IT guy myself I knew was silly. After a week of him holding it, I collected the laptop, the screws were in a bag. Took it to another place they fixed it within a day. Not saying he’s not good but be aware.

I dealt with an MSI laptop, the hinges were broken on both sides. They performed an excellent repair and cleaning of my laptop in 3 days. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. High level of communication on the site and photos and questions regarding repairs in WhatsApp. With the provision of visual photographs, the necessary work is specified and the price is immediately written. Without a doubt, this center and its employees left extremely pleasant impressions both in terms of communication and the quality of work. I recommend them if you need to repair any equipment and will return to them if a new problem arises. Thank you for your work and help.
