As a first time customer I am dissatisfied.
I placed my order 72hrs ago and so far I have not received any email stating my order has been despatched. Last email I received this morning I was told they had “problems with their supplier” ,which surprised me as when I selected the items on the website they were “in stock”.
It’s now the end of the day (Friday) and I haven’t been updated on my order. I’m now regretting using Mr Memory, I expected to have received my order by now.
I think it should be mentioned if there’s an issue with suppliers when an order is placed, that way the customer is aware there may be delays.

Absolutely brilliant company super fast on delivery ordered on the Monday delivered on the Wednesday and that was second class.
We wanted to upgrade our desktop computer and ordered 2 x memory cards and chose this company and really glad we did as they were perfect so thank you Mr Memory and will recommend you to others.
Our computer has never been so fast so no more moaning and groaning.
Also I would like to add there website will help you find the right product you need to upgrade your computer.

Wasn’t sure what to order so called Mr Memory who were really nice and gave me advice on what to order and how to fit the memory cards in my Mac. Ordered easily on line, quick delivery and excellent video and pdf instructions available should you need them. Great products, great service and great prices. Would definitely use them again and in fact………..I did!!
