Mr Phone responded to this review and lied again, saying I did not have it repaired here but at a rival shop. How would they know where I (an anonymous user) had the repair?
Don’t be fooled, I had it done here and everything I say is true.
Just goes to prove my point that they will lie to you.

I had a replacement battery here.
Firstly, they lied to me, telling me it would show the battery health after the replacement (important to me as I intended to sell it and usually people want to know battery health).
When it didn’t and I went back to speak to them, they lied again, saying it would show the battery health after the next ios update. This was just to fob me off.
I later found out the battery health will never show unless the replacement is performed by Apple certified vendors with an official battery. They obviously knew that but decided to deceive me. If I’d known, I may have chosen to pay the extra to have it replaced by Apple.
Now, less than a year on and the battery doesn’t work properly and won’t charge past 79%.
Most of these reviews were written straight after repair no doubt so don’t give a view of the longevity. This review has been written almost a year later.
Took my girlfriends phone to get fixed here after I had to get a refund from a terrible shop as they tried fixing a broken screen and made it worst and then I took it to mr phone and he fixed it in half hour with the best quality screen ,
