I was very happy with my experience and service with MR Shoreditch. My battery had dropped to 81% health and had began to get very hot. I called Apple and asked them to find me a Apple authorised repair store and booked me in the same day for an appointment within the hour.

Marshal was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on apple products. They had a high level of understanding and customer service skills. They also do a brilliant job at explaining things and managing a busy store.

The technicians were also very helpful and kind and caring and the team together worked well to replace my battery.
The technician also did a brilliant job and repaired it quickly as I had a train to catch. (All of this done with little notice).

Excellent place for repairs, actually had some dust in my airpods case which is why it wasn’t charging, unbeknownst to me. They cleared it out and dusted it down and it works as good as new now. Because it was such a minor fix they didn’t even charge me, very chill people, recommend!

Quick and efficient Service. The staff is excellent. Explained clearly the process. Advised battery change might take 1-2 hours, but it was done in less than 45 mins. Online tracking status is good and they send regular SMS and email updates. No rush as well in the store. Excellent!
