The first time I visited the store back in 06/2023, I found the customer service rather reluctant to serve me as I almost had to try and convince the staff to sell me a motherboard and memory as I had not previously done a click & collect beforehand, I got what I was after at the time but they told me to do a click & collect next time for any future purchases.

I followed their advice and did exactly that for my next purchase for a power supply which was in stock at the store but I ended waiting 3 days and still no notification to come and pick it up which should of taken no more than 2 hours, then I called the head office who were very helpful in getting the matter resolved, the customer service for this particular shop at Fyshwick leaves a bit to be desired.

I wish if there was better IT store in ACT. Ordered an online item which MSY promised collection within 1 -2 business days. Waited 10 days and keep calling the support , every time the answer was the item in transit for 10 days. I could see in my profile as the order was completed and invoiced . Went to store and checked and the answer was same. Finally went to store and asked for refund when another guy wanted to check again. The item was just sittings at back of the store for about 5 days with my name printed on it, which no one can miss if looked properly. How good the service is ? And the online order promise was” If not ready within 1.2 days $5 credit or a free drink” but that’s only on website

The only store in the ACT, such a shame the customer service sucks so bad. I have come in wanting to drop $3k on a gaming laptop and just want to ask some questions but the staff are not interested unless you know exactly what you want and ready to buy. You will be told to “look it up on the internet”.
I guess if you dont like to talk to the staff and just shoot in and shoot out you wont have an issue, but if you expect to ask the staff for some technical advice you will be out of luck.
