The worst part is their misleading definition of diagnostic. They claimed that if they couldn’t fix the problem, the diagnostic fee would be applied. That’s not how any reputable business operates! A proper diagnosis should involve identifying the issue and providing a clear explanation of the necessary repairs before charging fees.

This business needs to improve its communication and transparency. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable computer repair services.
