I dropped my MacBook Pro off to My Byte south Yarra on Thursday morning, after having called apple support and having no success. I had a Touch Bar issue that was really bugging me and Kayzo was able to fix the Touch Bar, fix my battery and give my Mac a professional clean and have it back to me the next evening before they closed for the weekend. Customer service was great when dropping it off and picking it up. Highly recommend this place in particular Kayzo to anyone with an issue.
I thought my 2 year old Mac Pro was dead; the screen was full of lines and shuddering. Dean was fantastic. His work for the replacement of a new screen was under warranty plus $99, which I was more than happy to pay given I was going to trade it in. He also helped with forgotten apple passwords which have been a nightmare for a year with pop ups driving me crazy. Thanks Dean, I feel like I have my life back. Would not go anywhere else!
Every other repair shop I rang told me that the part I needed for my macbook wouldn’t be in for months, but these guys had it in a few days. They were quick to do the repair and it was excellent. Nice store – modern and clean. Highly recommend if you are a student like me who cant afford to be without a computer for weeks.
