The staff are always helpful and never patronising which as a 50+ year old, I’m sometimes cautious of.
Went today with a PS30 budget, and spent over PS60
All thanks to the attitude and helpfulness of the lad behind the counter.
You just don’t get the same service and feeling of wanting to help you from the other large multiples.
Staff were very friendly and the time flew by.
Please when attending take care of the machines. A couple of them appear to have been through the wars. And buttons have taken som abuse as they were not responding.
The arcade is also excellent with lots of games and activities to choose, some reminding me of my youth and hours spent playing these games. Great fun with the kids.
