I am from Florida, lived and worked in Germany for over 20 years and now that I am retired return there for 4-6 months each year. I have used my Handy Reparatur located at 40 Juliouspromenade 40 in Wurzburg on several occasions in the last 3 years and each time I leave the business ask myself why are all businesses not like this. The owner has replaced batteries in two of my phones, repaired / replaced a complete screen on my IPad Pro, placed Panzer screen protection on 3 family phones, on my IPad Pro and my Apple Watch ALL in record time, all in a very professional and friendly / courteous manner, in English with my total satisfaction. The owner and his employees are very knowledgeable, competent and fast, more often than not doing the service / repairs while you wait. Being here in Wurzburg I depend on my IPad Pro for most of my communications with Family and friends in America. I dropped my iPad that required a complete screen replacement and when I took it in for repair was assured by the owner he that would expedite the repair. He ordered the part on Monday afternoon, told me to return with the iPad on Wednesday morning and that I could pick it up Wednesday afternoon. I brought it in on Tuesday shortly before closing, was told that the parts had arrived, that he would work on the repair that evening and could pick it up on Wednesday morning. Everything worked perfectly as it has been each time I have required any repairs. I have recommended him to friends and they are also all completely satisfied. I recommend him / and his shop for all telephone / iPad repairs or service completely. The owner knows what customer service is and proves it continually. Thank you
