They truly were my rescue! On my honeymoon from the UK and stupidly got water in my phone while shaving. Was leaving in 3 hours but took my chances and asked what they could do. They said “give me an hour” and when I came back they’d identified that the screen had short circuited but the main board, etc, was still okay. Tried to clear the short circuit but was beyond repair. At that point they only charged me 30 AUD which was more than fair. They offered to order in a new screen within 2 hours but it was too close before my flight. Luckily I was going to be back in two days, so I left it with them and they fixed it like new. What was above and beyond is that they then delivered the phone to my hotel nearby so that it would be there for me upon arrival!!! Especially as they were closed the day I returned this was super appreciated. These people are kind, fair, understanding, and above all, good at what they do. Please give them your business if you have a phone issue!
Highly recommended! Repair took slightly longer than usual, because of my phone model and sourcing the part, but he was completely transparent about the situation, and was super quick to rectify it. Not only that, my phone came back to me looking brand new, and not only was the screen replaced – it was a really comprehensive repair and the whole container of the phone was switched out and replaced. No sign of entry or damage or anything – functions perfectly – this guy’s GREAT!! Good attitude too, great with customers
This isn’t fake or paid review. I showed my phone few people in Paddy’s Market bur everyone was asking for at least 2days without even knowing the actual problem. I was passing through Wynyard station and just thought let’s try this guy.
This guy “Pedro” literally the moment I explained him the situation, he knew what was the problem and in less then 20 minutes he fixed the problem and at reasonable price.
