My phone went on for a simple battery change and came out with more issues than when it went in.

Faulty battery put in, some how the sound buttons stopped working and the screen went dead…

Told daily it would be looked at or I would be text or called (I didn’t not receive either over the 1.5 weeks they had my phone).

Volume buttons and screen now fixed. Have had it home a few days and noticed the silent switch no longer works, it will not switch off the silent mode.

I’ve Given up…

The only positive was they did not charge me to fix the sound button and screen (and rightly so as it was damaged whilst in their car).

I will avoid in future and would not reccomend.

Pam (my Nan)went into this repair shop with her mobile phone & purchased a phone from them & needed lots of assistance with updating and changing over information from her old phone to the new phone .The owner of the shop ,Andy and his daughter were so helpful to her and very patient !! Absolutely brilliant service. Tony is very polite and friendly and the service is quick and efficient. I’ve had my screen repaired by him a few times now and he has also fitted new screen protectors for me, it’s always done by the time he says it will be done by. And the prices to get my iPhone 11 screen repaired are very reasonable also.
