The MGR platform has transformed our repair shop after being let down by another provider in the past.
We have been working with MGR for 2 years now and they have been fantastic, minimum down time, flawless system and if we ever need any help their support is fantastic. Always happy to help and response time has been second to none even responding to emails in the evening when we have needed it.

We started using this software in December and we went live with it 1st of Feb 2023.
We had a few teething issues down to staff not knowing the software and I can say the support is fantastic.
Every single time we have had an issue, no matter how big or small it was the support team answered everything within a minute.
If I could go more than 5 stars for the support I would.

Choosing MGR was the best software choice I may have ever made. I’m only 2 months in now and already MGR has made 7 significant changes to my interface allowing me to work with the tools I’m in need of. What software company does that!? Just yesterday at 3pm I asked for a serious update to the calendar/scheduling tool and by 5am the next day – BAM it’s there live for me to use! OUTSTANDING.
