In fall of 2020 my family was looking to purchase two new computers. After looking at some of the big name companies, I came upon MysteryByte’s website. Encouraged by the ability to build custom machines tailored to our needs, I read some reviews. Let me say the positive reviews they have are well deserved. After shopping with them, I am now adding my own.

First let me say that I really appreciated the personal touches and being treated like a a valued customer and not just a walking dollar sign. Robert (the owner) dealt with us personally, and was very knowledgeable. He was able to listen to what we wanted from each machine and make suggestions on what components could suit our needs without ever talking down to us nor telling us what we should buy.

We have now received both computers, in a timely manner, and we are very happy with both machines. I felt comfortable during the entire process, and Robert made sure to keep contact with us and let us know how things were progressing. I will certainly return to MysteryByte for any future computing needs and I definitely recommend them whether you are an experienced user or a first time buyer of a custom build.

Just finished setting up my new custom build from the MysteryByte crew. I cannot express how awesome it is! I’ve previously built my own system through them wayyy back in the early 2000’s when they were located behind The Armview Diner, and the service now is amazing as it was way back then. Thanks guys! I fell out of the PC scene for a long time, and it feels great to get back in to the game, and on to some current hardware. The new system is up and running smooth as silk, and your customer service is beyond amazing. Sorry it took 18 years for me to be back! Thank you for my first new system in 18 years! I’ll be back for some upgrades!

Been dealing with this place for 16 years and they know their stuff. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and times I had issues they were always able to help me sort it out. Bought many systems here over the years as it is my hobby and job at the same time. Just bought a brand new system here and super happy with it. I was having an issue but they were able to help me solve it. Turned out to be buggy motherboard software that wasn’t needed anyway. Highly recommend this place. It’s my go to.
