Very bad service, i was waiting half an hour just to pick one phone that i have ordered before and no one was in the shop ,
The workers where sitting and there was 2 Praktikum
They had no clue what is going on even , yesterday i bought an iPhone 11 pro for my mom as it was written (sehr gut) in their website
When i got the phone i saw the (battery health was %85)
And the speaker with the microphone was so bad
She couldn’t hear me when i was talking,
And it was so expensive
I could buy an iPhone 12 pro with that money and better quality !

This shop is incredible; first, I purchased a used MacBook from them at an AMAZING price, and it was as good as new.
After a few months, there was a problem with my LCD, and I was concerned because it was very expensive. However, they changed it over their amazing warranty and I paid NOTHING. Their staff is super friendly, reliable, and professional.

If you need any kind of electronic device, GO HERE! Great selection with smart and friendly employees. Okan helped me even though I speak barely any German, and he was extremely helpful and understanding. I can’t recommend this place enough. Also, the prices are great! Best electronics store in Bremen. Seriously, great place.
