only reason I give two stars is because of how accomadating the managers were in helping me getting my PC back and forth to the shop.

However, I have had nothing but problems with the PC that I had them build as a birthday gift back in Feb. I did everything they suggested, I replaced items because they claimed they could be causing the USB issues, I redid downloads, I had them look at it and they said that there was no issue on their end but clearly something is not built right with this PC as I am still having issues with my USB ports on the front of the device, which I explained over and over again and was told that the issue must be a fault of my own. Last time I reached out and told them I was unimpressed and told them anyone else would have asked for a refund or for an actual fix I got no response from management, now my computer is past their given warranty and I feel as if I did not get my monies worth due to the fact that they did not help me fix the issues I had. Not only did the person who built the PC not ask me if I wanted bluetooth in my PC before giving it back without bluetooth but now because of my USB issues the USB dongle I got for bluetooth is also ineffective.

If you want a PC built, go elsewhere.

I submitted my laptop for repair due to cracks on the casing. However, upon inspection, it appears that the technicians did not even open the laptop; it remains covered in the duct tape I applied. Despite this, I was charged $57 for what seems to have been no work performed. It appears that they were aware beforehand that the issue required a case replacement rather than a repair, yet proceeded to charge for a service that was not rendered. This experience has left me profoundly disappointed, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this service provider. I challenge Nanoshop to provide any evidence demonstrating that they invested any time or effort into the repair process, such as opening the laptop or conducting an assessment.

Really disappointed with the service provided. Send my laptop to have a body repair . They didn’t fix anything or even open it but still charged me $50 plus tax for nothing. This is really spam and I don’t recommend it at all .

I kindly challenge Nano Shop to provide verifiable evidence substantiating their claim of having accessed my laptop. Their assertion that they opened it is unsubstantiated, as the duct tape securing the device was undisturbed from the time of submission.
