I went to get my screen replaced and it took them 3 attempts to not fix it. The first time the finger print reader didn’t work, then the proximity sensor didn’t work, and finally the finger print reader didn’t work again. They have terrible customer service and don’t actually know when they’ll be done or bother to email you when your phone is ready. You just have to show up and hope it’s fixed.

I also heard them talking in the back when I came to pick up my phone and it wasn’t ready and one of the techs said “Just tell him that we had an emergency and couldn’t get to his”. The guy in the front at least had the integrity to not lie to me but I heard them trying to pretend something came up.

I picked them because they were about $50 less then everywhere else. But after a dozen trips to the store due to their mistakes I would have been better off going anywhere else. Just go somewhere else.

Brought in my computer because I could not connect to the internet. Not a simple fix for me but ended up a simple fix for the professionals. Very easy to work with and did not make me feel stupid about not knowing what to do. Added to that they didn’t even charge me. I won’t mention any names but the business I went to previous to Nanotech simply wanted me to leave the computer. I walked in to Nanotech and walked out in 10 minutes with my computer. Very impressed.

The thing is that i come here to fix my phone but it doesn’t work. First he told me that i will fix my screen and after one hour when it ready to pickup then i went at the shop. He denies and says there is another things which needs to fix as well. Very upsetting and disappointing. Please dont go here. This experience is worst. I had my phone back with old screen and doesnt get replaced.
