My partner and I have had a very positive experience buying a laptop at this shop in Stuttgart. The shop consultant overheard us discussing our choice and addressed us in perfect English, as we were using the same language. My partner preferred to further discuss some details in German and the consultant easily adapted. The information provided to us was very helpful and comprehensive. The cashier, who took care of us afterwards, was very accommodative and could resolve all our requests quickly. The whole experience was really enjoyable. We will definitely come back in the future.

Bought a very expensive graphics card there (4090 Founders Edition). They sent me a used Card with obvious usage markings and very badly repackaged.

They also said, that I should keep it and they won’t exchange for a new one.
This is, with the current shortage of those cards, a very bad practice especially since customers send cards back if they have bad chips or worse: did some heavy overclocking with them.

The buyer can not determine if that happened except for when the card dies out of guaranty.

I sent it to their repair twice in one month because they couldn’t figure out the problem They use sketchy excuses like fixing a USB port just so that they won’t properly repair your laptop even though I told them what it was. I would not recommend buying from them. Their laptops seem to have underlying problems, so be careful. Don’t trust their warranty
