I enquired with NE Tech Repairs regarding a noise issue I was having with the fan on my laptop. Within minutes of me sending a short video of the noise, the problem was diagnosed and parts were delivered. I left my laptop late this afternoon and it’s ready for me to pick me up in the morning. The prices are extremely reasonable, I was taken aback to be honest and the service is second to none. Highly recommend!
Great service. Dropped 4 Xbox controllers off with a guy called Phil. Had them sitting around with various issues and was gonna throw them out. Drifting on sticks, buttons not working rumble inside one loose. Totally surprised when only 2 days later all 4 fixed for a very reasonable price. Anything in the future wrong with my consoles or accessories I will be making NE Tech Repair my first port of call.
I took my daughters Nintendo switch and iPhone to Philip, Philip was polite and attentive to the problems with the devices. Both devices were repaired to a very high standard and I’ve since took two more devices for inspection/repair. Philip is knowledgable on all devices I’ve enquired about and I won’t hesitate to pass his details to friends/family. 10/10
