Excellent Service totally outstanding in an emergency.
On Wednesday 20th December i as mortified whilst staying at a friends house whilst getting a plate out of cupboard a mug fell onto the floor a piece of the shattered mug hit the oven glass and totally shattered, days before Christmas…. Didn’t hardly sleep that night… panic stricken a you imagine breaking a friends cooker so close to Christmas.
Went to there new showroom in Hengrove and Adrian was exceptional, he understood the urgency within 30 minutes he had double checked the amps and size of the cooker booked installation for yesterday 22nd December, the fitters arrived fitted and paid for them to take old cooker.
I am please to say my best friend is still my best friend and she couldn’t believe she had a cooker for Christmas and is so happy with it.
Thank you Nailsea Electrical your first class and when I bought a new house a couple of years ago and bought 4 appliances you were fab especially as I bought a 7 bottle wine cooler unit and you couldn’t fit a bottle of prosecco in it as it would fit.. that was no problem for yourselves you exchanged for the next size up. The big sheds wouldn’t have done this plus you are a lot cheaper

My brother bought a washing machine from this company. Recently our machine had been playing up due to touch screen it had nearly been 2 months of us trying to get it fixed by this company. They have first cancelled twice when coming out to assess the machine. Now they’re stating that the part ordered has not arrived. Considering that my mother is elderly and has urinary in continence. She is struggling to deal with this & it is having an impact on her daily activities of living and quality of life. Furthermore we are a children household, where it’s hard for us to get uniforms and work uniforms washed in time. Considering how much a laundrette costs.We have been offered a PS50 voucher for our washing. Considering we are a big family and an elderly mother with health conditions. I find the customer service and the attention to the urgency on this matter quite appalling. We have called again today yet again to say they haven’t managed to order the part. It’s just totally unacceptable actually. I would think twice before purchasing from this appliance company again.

Ordered a cooker on 13 January 2024. They said it would be 8 weeks. Every time I chased after 8 weeks, they came up with excuses. I asked for a refund and they said the MD was on holiday and I would have to wait till 4 June 2024 because that was the day the MD was back from holiday. Was very suspicious so managed to track down the importer of my cooker as it was bespoke. Spoke to a lovely lady who said she had my cooker since the end of March!! You can guess why they wouldn’t deliver it to this company! I was told by the lady I could buy it again from her and claim the original payment back from my bank as I paid on credit card. The bank paid me back after some form filling within a week. The cooker is now sitting in my kitchen as I rebought it and it was delivered immediately. I have heard nothing from Nailsea ELECTRICAL’s since. They have lied every step of the way as eventually they told me my cooker was lost.
