I had enquired from 3 other computer repair shops prior to contacting Henry at Neighbourhood IT and they treated me like an idiot and said they would investigate. Henry showed interest & listened. I brought him the Lenove desk top and he connected it, investigated and said it was a Win 10 upgraded to Win 11 and from experience several driver problems arrose. He listened to what I thought the problem was with out being critical and asked me to leave it with him. I got a call from Henry several days later and he said all working fine except your initial problem. But he told me how it could be overcome with out much cost at all. His service fee was way under what I was expecting. I would definately recommend Henry at the Neighbourhood IT. The computer is in and all working as it should.

I needed help with Email synching, security and MS Office on PC, laptop and iPhone. It was a mess but Henry had it all sorted in an hour. What a relief! Thanks Henry, you are a legend! Top service.
Update 8 months later- After an update we lost many programs, Henry came to our rescue again and had it fixed quick smart – he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again Henry! Another update – Henry recovered files off my old computer that wouldn’t turn on. he is a wizard! Thanks again!
