Really upset with my experience here. I brought them my broken MacBook screen and they replaced it, the screen then went off again a few months later and they blamed me, said I must of dropped it, and charged me 250$ for the pleasure. A few months later, same thing again, charged me again. These guys have had over 800$ from me in repairs when I finally gave up, took it to Apple and apparently the ingenuine parts they have used have caused a fault in the motherboard so that repair at apple would cost 2000$. Do not trust this repair shop!!!

My display of the laptop had gone of for the first time in 2 years and I went to them. Sadly it worked for just a couple of weeks and then the display went off again today morning. I noticed that there are quite a few other people who have been through their displays have gone off even after Neo Computer fixed it. Extremely disappointed. Just surprised there is no improvement in their quality even though they are aware their processes don’t work
