I had a really positive experience in using Nerds 2 You. Jamie was really knowledgeable and could explain things in simple terms that I could follow which I really appreciated.
Jamie made several recommendations which have totally changed my experience in using our laptop at home – it used to be painful for my wife and I but not anymore.
I can’t say a bad thing about the experience and highly recommend Nerds 2 You – I’ll be using them for any computer issues from now on.

Fixed my computer. great. I collected it.
Then they phoned me the following day to tell me they forgot to give me some important parts.
I asked if they were important. They assured me I need them!!!

I return to receive the box from the part already installed, the old part they removed that was broken, a cable (i didnt need). And a manual???

I came all the way back in to receive thisng’s they didn’t want to throw away?!?!

Jamie and Henry did a first class job of transferring my domain same to a new host and migrating my email service to Outlook. They explained the process, guided me through the pros and cons and then got the job done. They turned up on time and followed up to make sure everything was working fine. These guys know what they are doing and are very professional.
