Had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Owen and the team at Netfocus IT. Brought in my laptop that had screen faults without having been dropped or any significant damage and received awesome and polite service at the front desk from Owen.
Without being asked and without even knowing it was an option, the team filed a dispute with Apple and through their diligence and effort, saved me a reasonable deal of money on repairs.
The consistently polite, timely and above-and-beyond service provided has got them a permanent customer in me. Can’t recommend any more highly.

Running a business & having a serious mechanical collapse with one’s computer when away on holiday is a nightmare. Netfocus IT Solutions were superb. They advised my course of action with absolutely no self interest, dealt with the problem as swiftly as possible and kept to each of the deadlines they gave me. During the repair they kept in close contact giving progress reports as well as mailing the device back to me in Greece from Melbourne. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
