This place has some of the best customer service for repair work I’ve ever experienced. Big Mo is the man. I dropped off my laptop to repair a charging port and get some upgrades (hard drive and ram). They didn’t have the charging port on hand so I had to wait a bit while they ordered it. The manufacturer delayed shipping the part so Mo gave me a discount and just charged for the labour. I had to bring it back later for the same charging port issue (the laptop has a cheap plastic casing and snapped around the edge, knocking loose the shoddily-designed port – nothing to do with the previous work Mo did). Even though there was nothing wrong with the previous work, homeboy discounted the repair anyways and said that if it happened again, they’d just charge for the part, not any labour. Rest of the upgrade work was stellar. Mo was really knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision for my rig and my needs without trying to up-sell me. His recommendations were great and have completely changed my computer for the better. I’m reluctant to go anywhere else now. These guys are real honest, hardworking chaps that deserve your business. Even if I were to find a cheaper rate somewhere (which I haven’t yet), I’d keep coming back to them because I trust them.

Cracked my phone screen and it needed a new screen. They were able to fix it so quickly and without fuss. They also seem to have helped sort out the power port on my phone, which I hadn’t raised with them, but which hadn’t been working. Would definitely go back if I needed other repairs in the future.

Great shop for varieties of communication gadgets and accessories(phones and laptops). Friendly staff and good customer relations. Abdul was really friendly and helpful, he is iconic. This place is highly recommended!
