Took my PC (All-in one) to Neil as I had a virus and could not get access as I was locked out. This was a result of what appeared to be a message from Microsoft Support that popped up saying their software had detected a virus and provided a UK number to call.This appeared genuine but was not. Beware if you have a similar meessage.
I took my PC to Neil of New Forest PC and he had it sorted within an hour or so. He the gave me excellent advice on how to back up my data and what I needed to do to protect it (changing my email and other passwords etc). I was extremely impressed and more so by his very reasonable charge for his services. I thorougly recommend him if you ever need PC related help.
