Brilliant aftercare. We purchased a refurbished laptop from Newtown IT Solutions last year and it was very reasonably priced for a decent specification. It has been running well but last week stopped charging. I took it in fully expecting to need to buy a new power supply/cable however the gentleman on the counter quickly identified that a bent pin in the charging plug was the cause and repaired this there and then. He did not charge anything for this despite the device being long out of warranty.
10/10 – Recommended!

Really happy with this business. My son wanted some new fans added to his gaming computer and the boys sorted this out quickly, efficiently and very reasonably priced. Excellent communication and lovely to support a local independent business. Would definitely recommend.
