I spilled a glass of red wine over my computer. (I know, I know) I was able to go right away and Ansgar painstakingly took it apart piece by piece , cleaning everything and replacing only what was absolutely necessary. He’s like an encyclopedia about anything Apple. He did a great job! Was professional and friendly. Explained everything and kept me constantly up to date. My computer is better than before. Thank you!

Had a problem with an Iphone and not only were we offered so many options on the spot about what could be done, we also sold an older Iphone in the process. Can’t recommend enough!

I accidentally locked my iPad and I called on short notice to have it fixed. He downloaded the software and everything and fit me into his schedule even though he was ending his work day which was really nice. I’m back up and running 5/5 !
